Our Return Commitment
We accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all packaging. Exceptions apply to certain products (see section below).

Repackage items with original materials, ensuring:
- All knife sheaths/covers are properly secured
- Multi-tools are locked in closed position
- Include all original paperwork

- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

International Returns
Customers outside the UK:
- Return shipping at your expense
